This heritage listed apartment complex was originally built in the 1930’s. The 5 home units were in dire need of renovation.
Floor plans were reconfigured to create open plan kitchen/living areas in all units. The bathrooms were re-designed and ensuites added, with terrazzo and subway tiles selected to honour the original finishes.
Timber window units were replaced, and crafted to fit into the existing curved archways.
The result is an impressive, air conditioned, security complex with one luxury 4 bedroom penthouse and 4 two bedroom units, which all share the extensive landscaped gardens. New verandahs were also added to the rear of the block to extend living areas to the outdoors.
