Semi-detached home: A modest and dated federation semi was rebuilt to an innovative design to maximise space and light, creating an ultra contemporary retreat. Clean lines are the hallmark of this unique residence finished in the finest materials available. Shadow line details, anodised aluminium windows and frameless glass are features accentuating this home – as featured in Belle magazine.
An original semi (architecturally designed by Caroline Pidcock of Pidcock Architecture) was extended and refurbished to incorporate a new kitchen, bathroom and living space to accommodate a growing family.
This original federation home was transformed with the lavish features of contemporary design
– frameless glass, natural stone and anodised windows – to take full advantage of Sydney Harbour and city views. This project exemplifies minimalist construction and provides maintenance-free living.
